I work with people who desperately want to be living a healthy lifestyle that they LOVE without feeling like it is a full time job.
I help them get exactly what they want which is to have more energy, to be able to focus on what really fills their life with joy (instead of worrying about their health) and to love what they see when they look in the mirror.
As a child I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma and fibromyalgia. I was also surrounded by people who were fad diet obsessed but loved chips, ice cream, pop and donuts (which I admittedly agree tasted fantastic). It was a very confusing message. I was lucky though because I was also taught about the value of a home cooked meal, home-grown food and the importance of being around people you love. So over the years, I have combined all that I have learned into a program that supports you to create a HEALTHY life that you love. I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Professional Coach (a professionally trained life coach) and a personal chef.
I am also a cookbook author.
And when I’m not coaching my nutrition clients and cooking for my personal chef clients I can be found writing folk/rock music on my guitar or piano, mucking around in my vegetable garden or playing with my awesome kids. And if you look but you actually can’t find me I am probably on a long walk with my dog or off connecting over tea with someone I love.
