In this class you will gain the hands on experience of creating your own Food Prep Day, where you prepare several healthy meals at once so that you can have MORE TIME in the weeks ahead to do the things that you LOVE.

This workshop is excellent for busy parents, couples and singles and especially awesome for parents with children in competitive sports or activities.

How It Works:
You or one of your favourite friends or co-workers will offer up their kitchen and/or dining room and then you will gather a group of up to six people to participate in the workshop.

You will receive a grocery list and a short list of kitchen items to bring from home. You will do your own groceries and bring them to the workshop. 

You will leave with your prepared meals ready to go into the fridge or freezer.

You will be provided with all the recipes plus a bonus tool that will make the entire process so much more simple.


The workshop is $240+hst for six people and $40 for any additional participants but we can go as small as one-on-one. Groceries are additional.
