I wanted to share one of my favourite make-ahead breakfast recipes with you.
I love it because it is delicious and simple, and you can make it in advance. And…since you make so many at once, you will have breakfast ready for multiple days (unless you are feeding multiple mouths like I am)!
B’Eggs are also a great snack and they can sub as lunch for your kids on those days when you don’t have any leftovers to pack!
They will last 3-4 days in the fridge and you customize them too (as you will see in the video).
