How To Meal Prep Smoothies (with Recipe)

You will not believe how refreshing this Greens Smoothie tastes! Really, it is like freshness and flowers and sunshine and…well, you get the picture…

But truthfully, it tastes fantastic.

I am not a regular smoothie drinker. I would never have just a smoothie for breakfast or lunch.
But they make a wonderful treat on their own as a snack or in addition to breakfast.

And did you know that you can prep your smoothies in advance, freeze them and then enjoy them throughout the week without all of the fuss?
