I know. I feel that way too.

You get home after a long day, you want to do something you love (play with the kids, go for a walk, have a glass of wine…) but you have rush to get dinner on the table.

I am a huge fan of doing meal prep. This means that you prepare some food in advance to save time for your week ahead.
